1. Purpose:

To ensure the safety of all passengers and crew while aboard the charter and to promote a safe,
enjoyable experience on the water.
2. Scope:

This policy applies to all crew members, passengers, and any visitors on the vessel at any time.
3. Safety Equipment

Life Jackets:
All passengers must wear an approved life jackets at the Captain's discretion.
Life jackets are available on board for all passengers.

Fire Extinguisher:
Fire Extinguishers must be accessible and inspected regularly.
Crew members will be trained in their use.

First Aid Kit:
A fully stocked first aid kit will be maintained on the vessel.
The crew will be trained in basic first aid and CPR.

Emergency Flares:
Emergency flares will be carried on board and checked for expiration dates regularly.

Crew Training
All crew members must undergo training in safety protocols, emergency procedures,
and first aid.
Regular drills shall be conducted to ensure crew readiness in emergency situations.

Passenger Briefing
Prior to departure, all passengers will receive a safety briefing that includes:
Location of safety equipment
Procedures in case if emergency (man overboard, fire, etc.)
Importance of wearing life jackets

Overview of vessel operations and behavior expectations
Vessel Operation
The vessel will operate under the guidance of a licensed captain who will adhere to all local,
state, and federal regulations.
Fishing activities will be conducted with careful attention to weather conditions and sea state.
The captain reserves the right to cancel a trip for safety reasons.

Alcohol and Drug Policy
The consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderations. However, no alcohol will be served
or allowed for use by the crew during operating hours. No alcohol will be permitted by
anyone under the legal drinking age.
Use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, the captain will coordinate all actions,
including communication with emergency services.
Passengers must adhere to crew instructions and evacuate the vessel calmly if necessary.

Health Precautions
Passengers experiencing any illness or health concerns should inform the crew prior to
departure.
The boat will maintain cleanliness and sanitation, especially in shared areas.

Reporting Incidents
All incidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported to the captain immediately.
An incident report will be completed for any significant accidents.

This safety policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect
changes in regulations or best practices.

Acknowledgment
All passengers must acknowledge that they have read and understood the entire policy
before boarding.
